You may wonder about what is new with wearing casuals. But you are not wrong. It’s 32 degree Celsius in Delhi with horrible humidity. In the rare occasions of this busy life, we get time to go with totally casual wear.
One day I had an interview and my heart was beating loudly- NO FORMALS PLEASE! and sometimes our heart hints louder than what our brain tries to manipulate. So, I opted for a loose shirt (which was not even white) with my all-time summer favourite Palazzo (black) which I had thought was giving my look a little formal touch. Then coming to shoes, I was wearing a floater instead of a formal shoe. A bag and a file were sufficient for me to complete my look.
To boys, I will just to get a little loose pant stitched by a skilled tailor that can help you in tough situations like this. For girls, even a black skirt is considered to be formal but boys can’t wear black shorts.
Getting back to my finishing look, I simply choose a no make-up look because I knew that there was no point in doing any touch-ups in the weather of sweat. So, a little bright lipstick with a simple pair of tops completed my look.
I didn’t care about what impact is it going to leave on the interviewers but precious things that I wore at the time is confidence and my skills.
Everything is fair in terms of fashion and comfort. So, never hesitate girls and boys.
