
We are amidst the war between summer and Coronavirus. Both are getting closer to each other. They are in a mission to violate our health. Summer is causing dehydration whereas Coronavirus is directly attacking our immunity. This is leading towards an unconscious state of mind.

- Dehydration: Summers are dry. Sometimes, temperature crosses 40 degree Celsius, hence causing dehydration, breathlessness, and several other skin diseases and loss of energy and efficiency in the body. These symptoms are mostly found in kids or elderly people. Kids go to school in immense heat and they get to see extreme heat while returning home in the afternoon. Now, schools are close because of an instant burst of Coronavirus. It is convenient for parents to take care of their kids. They can help their children avoid unhealthy habits and fight against extreme heat and Coronavirus too.

Sunburn: Though Vitamin D is an essential source of energy in the body but, extreme of anything is worse for anyone. Warm temperature won’t let you wear full-sleeves clothes and you are compelled to wear a shirt, t-shirts of half-sleeves. But, daily activities can’t be avoided so we tend to go outside in the same casual wear. It is better to move out in the evening when the intensity of the sunrays is low. Go back home, take a little rest and wash your face, hands, and legs. Show a way out to germs. In this way, you are helping your skin against sunburn and developing your immunity against Coronavirus.
- Asthma: It becomes impossible to cope with intense heat. It violates the supply of oxygen in our throat. So, it is better to drink water regularly and avoid the use of medicines unless necessary.
Asthmatic people should go out in the evening wearing a mask. But don’t be a part of a crowded atmosphere as you have to follow social distancing. Too much people around can make you nervous. It is good to find a safe space or go back home if you are not comfortable with a mask.
You don’t have to get special clothes for this summer. Wear clothes made of cotton. You can maintain your style sense too.
Coronavirus can be dealt with some precautionary measures and a little care. Avoid touches, hugs, and kisses. It can be really irritating during summer as we want some space. Please don’t surround people having the respiratory problem but, help them feel comfortable.
