I have been witnessing mental health issues like STRESS; TENSION; ANXIETY; UNEASINESS and what not?? Many times it was me who used to take too much stress before examination or a job interview. The only option I had at the time was to WAIT, RELAX & LET IT GO for the moment because this is mentally & emotionally tiring.

MINDFULNESS

A mindful approach can reduce the symptoms of anxiety and depression to a great extent. We need to pay attention to the present moment using techniques like meditation, breathing, and yoga. We need to reflect on our personality and be intensely aware of what we’re sensing and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgment.

I have closely observed Citaaraa- The Wellness Studio which advocates mental & emotional well-being issues and suggests mindfulness techniques like energy healing to heal and feel relaxed.

The best way to look after our holistic well-being is to introspect & meditate. This is a self-care technique to start with. Anyone who wants to improve their day-to-day wellbeing can practice mindfulness.

Mindfulness is one technique and there are many to help you deal with the natural and forced sense of emotional burden that affects our lives as a whole.
